Allen J Pathmarajah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Singapore. He is Executive Chairman of AJP Advisers Pte Ltd (Business Advisers focused on Organisational Transformation through Leadership Development, Strategic and Financial Management) and Business Thinking Systems (S) Pte Ltd (Business Coaching).
He has extensive experience in Financial Services, Industry and Management Consultancy in England, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Malaysia.
He was for over 22 years with the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Group (“OCBC”), initially for 10 years as Executive Director of Specialists Services Pte Ltd and concurrently Special Assistant to the Group Chairman. Thereafter for 12 years he was with Great Eastern Life Assurance Co Ltd as General Manager and subsequently as Managing Director until 1996.
He is Chairman and Director of several public-listed and private companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. He is also Adjunct Professor at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University.
He is and was a member of several government, professional and charitable committees. He speaks on Leadership and various management topics to business and public sectors.

He has helped drive online & offline business strategy, brand positioning, and brand identity development for the Economic Development Board of Singapore, Ministry of Manpower Singapore, DBS, IBM, BP, AIA, Malaysia Airlines, Petronas, Standard Chartered Bank, Silk Air, F&N, Telstra, Celcom, McDonald’s, Ericsson, SONY, Kellogg’s, Unilever, Philip Morris, Malaysia Airports, Cyberjaya, etc. Karthik also has specific expertise in helping position countries and cities to attract business and tourists.
After obtaining his Masters in Business Development (MBA) in Organisational Development and Marketing and Bachelors’ in Commerce (B.COM) from India, Karthik has spent over 15 years in sales & marketing, advertising, brand planning & brand consultancy at Xerox, Bateys, Leo Burnett, The Lab and Ogilvy’s.
Karthik is a frequent speaker, trainer and facilitator in international and regional forums and conferences on brand development, cyber branding, corporate reputation and strategy development.
Joseph Lam is one of Malaysia's most experienced practitioners in marketing communications and branding, having been in the industry for 25 years and having worked across 15 Asian markets in various capacities - as an award-winning Writer, Creative Director and Brand/Creative Consultant.
Throughout the course of his career with various international agency networks, he has accumulated extensive regional insight and experience on Brand Development and has helped develop brand, design and communication strategies for a broad spectrum of product and service categories for markets stretching from the Middle East through to Mainland China.
He is also the Managing Director of Chimera, one of Malaysia's leading independent Brand design consultancies, where he has worked on well-known Malaysian brands such as Shangri-La, Habib, Royal Selangor, Mandarin Oriental, Boh Malaysia, and Mutiara Group among others. Chimera consults internationally in Australia, Germany, Indonesia, Norway, Singapore, Taiwan and USA. Prior to starting Chimera, he was a founding partner in one of Malaysia's pioneering Internet consultancies.
He has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, WIRED Magazine and Radio Nederlands for his views on the development of the Asian Internet industry. In 2001, he was invited to be a panelist alongside John Naisbitt, the world-renowned author of Megatrends, at a conference in conjunction with the launch of Naisbitt's book, "High Tech High Touch".
Joji George is a Marketing & Brand Strategist with a wealth of experience working with leading brands in media and entertainment across the region.
He was formerly Brand Director and Programme Marketing Director at Astro (Astro All Asia Networks Plc), the region’s leading integrated cross media company in Malaysia, where he spearheaded the new brand restructure, developed brand architecture and re-positioned Astro, principally involved in direct-to-home (DTH) satellite multichannel subscription television service.
Prior to Astro, Joji has worked as a consultant in Singapore marketing Yahoo! South East Asia. He was also with MTV Asia LDC, Singapore, as Director, Business Development (Licensing & Merchandising) and was part of the team that marketed and launched the MTV credit card with Citibank in India, the first ever MTV Magazine, MTV Ink, with the Philippine Star Group and telecom products with synergistic brands in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Joji was part of the core team that helped set up Sony Music in India. At Sony Music, he was responsible for fully integrated strategic and tactical multi-segment marketing programs. He co-produced two albums for Sony Music. The album “Dance Masti” has been the highest earner for Sony Music in the local pop segment.
He is an Economics graduate and a Fellow of the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
